ΤΑΒΑΤΑ

Tabata training is a method of exercising for a few minutes at a very intense pace or otherwise a short interval training program where periods of intense exercise alternate with short periods of rest. It was named after its creator, the Japanese researcher Dr. Izumi Tabata and aims to burn as much fat as possible in a short period of time, improve your anaerobic capacity (that is, the ability to exercise at maximum intensity, but for a short time) and increase your muscular endurance.
